TImothy Hughes, M.D.

Dr. Tim Hughes, MD is a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist specializing in the care of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including hearing disorders, sleep-related issues, allergies, and pediatric ENT care. He treats a wide range of head and neck conditions for both adult and pediatric patients.

Dr. Hughes earned his Bachelor of Science with Distinction from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center in 2009.

Before joining The Ear, Nose & Throat Care Center in 2024, Dr. Hughes practiced in a busy private ENT group, serving patients at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago and Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove. He also served as Chairman of the Section of Otolaryngology at Resurrection Medical Center from 2016 to 2024. Dr. Hughes is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
