Jason Cundiff, M.D., FACS

Dr. Jason Cundiff, MD is a board-certified Otolaryngologist specializing in head and neck surgery. With extensive expertise in both medical and surgical treatments, he provides comprehensive care for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.

Dr. Cundiff earned his MD from the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by a residency in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at UIC’s Chicago Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Dr. Cundiff combines advanced, evidence-based treatments with a patient-centered approach. He takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and develop personalized care plans, empowering patients to make informed decisions. Whether providing non-surgical therapies or advanced surgical interventions, his goal is to improve both health and quality of life.
