Heather Carlson, PT, is a licensed physical therapist with over 25 years of experience across a variety of settings. A graduate of Bradley University, she has spent the past 8 years specializing in fall prevention and improving balance for older adults. Heather is excited to join The ENT Care Center, providing a comprehensive, team-based approach to enhance mobility, safety, and overall quality of life for her patients.
